The project demanded a flexible layout, large public gathering capacity and durable building systems suitable for frequent use.

Execution Challenges
Public event infrastructure must balance architectural presence, span efficiency, services coordination, crowd movement and long-term operational durability. The convention centre required a structure that could support large clear spaces while keeping the venue practical for diverse event formats.
Engineering Solution
A coordinated structural steel and building systems approach supported clear internal spaces, faster construction sequencing and integration with public-facing finishes. The delivery model focused on buildable detailing, service coordination and long-term venue usability.
